From the Neighborhood
Hi — it's Stacy.
You probably know me from New Holland Court. I wanted to share something I'm working on.

I'm launching a new service called Hyoon Environments. Here's the short version: I scan your property with professional LiDAR equipment, and within a week we deliver three beautifully designed landscape concepts — each one specific to your actual yard, your actual terrain, and your actual light conditions.

Every plant we'd recommend is native to the Pacific Northwest.

Because we're early in development, I'm looking for a small number of neighbors willing to participate as part of our pilot — completely free. What I'd need from you is 1–2 hours of access to your property on a day that works for you. We handle everything else and deliver your designs within the week.

What you do with the designs is entirely your call — share them with a landscaper, take them to a nursery, or just use them to think through your space over time. No obligation.

I'm only selecting five or six properties for this first round. Would you like to be one of them?

Why This Is Different
Professional-grade intelligence,
made accessible.
This kind of work has always existed — just not at the residential scale.
The technology behind it
LiDAR terrain scanning, 3D environmental modeling, and AI-assisted plant selection have long been standard practice on large-scale architectural and development projects — public parks, campus master plans, commercial sites. The precision these tools produce is categorically different from a site visit and a photograph: every slope, drainage path, sun angle, and shade zone is captured and modeled before a single design decision is made.

Hyoon Environments brings that same level of intelligence to the residential scale. What you receive is grounded in the actual conditions of your property — not a template, not an educated guess.
The Process
What actually happens
Simple and unobtrusive. Everything delivered digitally within a week.
01
We find a time that works for you
All I need is yard access for 1–2 hours. You don't need to be present the entire time.
Your schedule
02
I scan your property with LiDAR
A handheld scanner captures millions of precise data points — every slope, grade change, tree canopy, and existing structure — building an exact 3D map of your yard as it exists today. This is what makes every downstream design decision accurate rather than approximate.
~1 hour on-site
03
We build three design concepts
My design partner converts the scan into a precise terrain model, runs environmental analysis for sun and shade, and generates three distinct landscape concepts. An AI-assisted plant selection system calibrates each concept to your specific conditions and the native ecology of Bainbridge Island.
~1 week turnaround
04
Your design document arrives
Three complete concepts delivered digitally — each with visual renders, a plant list, and notes on why each species was chosen for your property. Yours to use however and whenever makes sense for you.
Delivered digitally
05
You share your honest reaction
A short conversation afterward is all I ask — what worked, what didn't, what would have been more useful. Your feedback shapes the service directly.
~15 minutes
The Deliverable
What lands in your inbox
One document. Three complete concepts. Everything you'd need to move forward — on your timeline, in whatever way makes sense for you.

Site Intelligence Summary
Your yard, precisely understood
Sun and shade zones, terrain analysis, drainage patterns, and existing vegetation notes — all derived from the LiDAR scan. The foundation every design decision rests on.
🌿
Three Design Concepts
Three distinct visions, one yard
Each concept takes a different aesthetic approach — one naturalistic and low-maintenance, one more structured and groomed, one a wilder or more eclectic direction. All three are anchored in PNW native species appropriate to Bainbridge Island.
🌱
Plant Lists with Care Notes
Every species chosen for your specific conditions
Each plant includes its common name, Latin name, mature size, water needs, and a note on why it was selected for your yard. Links to regional nurseries where each species can be sourced on Bainbridge Island or nearby.
📋
Implementation Notes
A path forward, on your timeline
Phasing suggestions for each concept — what to establish first, what can wait, how the design evolves over multiple seasons. You're not committing to doing everything at once, and the document accounts for that.
The Invitation
Free for five neighbors.
Yours to keep.
We're selecting a small group of pilot properties on Bainbridge Island. I'd love for yours to be one of them.
What you receive, at no charge
  • A full LiDAR scan of your property — I bring all equipment
  • Three complete landscape design concepts, delivered digitally
  • Plant lists specific to your yard's conditions and Bainbridge Island's native ecology
  • Visual renders of each design concept
  • Implementation and phasing notes for each concept
  • A design document that is entirely yours — no strings attached
This is a pilot. We're testing our hardware, our design pipeline, and our outputs in the real world — on real yards, with honest feedback. In exchange for your time and candor, everything is yours to use however makes sense: share with a landscaper, take to a nursery, or simply have on hand for when you're ready to act.
